Avanti China Team Building
All the staff from Avanti Wind Systems in China had a two-day team-building outbound activity in Zhou Zhuang. The staff from Avanti in Beijing and in Shanghai as well as on-site installation engineers was gathered to strengthen the communication and teamwork.
Avanti in China is growing as fast as the rest of the wind industry in China and via the team-building days the many new employees more quickly - through the activities - got to know their colleagues in the fast growing Avanti-family.
