Avanti ladders in The Star Flyer in Tivoli in Copenhagen

Normally Avanti Wind Systems are connected with service lifts, ladder systems and other safety equipment for wind turbines.
But Avanti also supplies other than for the wind industry. For example, one of the delights in Denmark's famous amusement park Tivoli in Copenhagen.
It is the tallest carousel in Northern Europe, the 80 meter tall The Star Flyer, which has installed Avanti-ladders with Fall Protection System. The ladder is used when technicians must verify the technique at the top of the tower.
The Star Flyer (in Danish: Himmelskibet) is a combination of tower and carousel. It has space for 24 guests at a time. They are pulled up at the top with up to 3 meters/seconds, after which the carousel rotates at a speed of up to 70 km/hour.
Safety has always been the top priority for Avanti Wind Systems. And so it is for Tivoli, Copenhagen. Therefore, ladders and Fall Protection system is inspected at least one time a year. That has just been done - and everything is as it should be.
