Avanti offers a comprehensive selection of classroom training programs aimed at promoting the safe and accurate operation, installation, inspection, and maintenance of Avanti products. These courses are led by instructors who possess both significant experience and the necessary competencies to guide participants effectively. The training sessions integrate theoretical lessons with practical, hands-on activities, ensuring that participants can reinforce core concepts and apply their knowledge in real-world situations. This blended approach supports the achievement of learning outcomes and helps participants gain the confidence and skills required for their roles.
This classroom course applies to all personnel installing, inspecting or repairing the Avanti Safety Rail and the Avanti Ladder. The participant will be authorized to install, repair and carry out the mandatory competent inspection in accordance with the applicable occupational health and safety regulations.

The GWO Fire Awareness course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to prevent, detect, and respond to fire hazards in the wind industry. The training covers fire risks, fire prevention measures, correct choice and use of firefighting equipment, and safe evacuation procedures, ensuring participants can act safely and effectively in the event of a fire emergency.
Recognized under the Global Wind Organization (GWO) Standard.
The GWO Fire Awareness Refresher course reinforces participants’ existing knowledge and skills to ensure continued competence in preventing, identifying, and responding to fire hazards in the wind industry. The training revisits key fire risks, fire prevention measures, correct selection and safe use of firefighting equipment and evacuation procedures, enabling participants to maintain a safe and effective response in the event of a fire emergency.

It provides knowledge on how to manage correct First Aid in case of injury or sudden sickness in the environment including the use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator).
Objectives: The participants will learn how to plan and execute safe emergency response work in a Wind Turbine. This including knowledge and skills to manage and administer correct First Aid in case of injury or sudden sickness in the environment, which includes the use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator).
Target group: All technicians in position to access on-or offshore Wind Turbines.

It provides knowledge of the basics in proper safe installation and usage of the Avanti lift.
Objectives: To teach the participants how to mount the Avanti Service lift / Work cage in a wind turbine. Furthermore the participants will be informed about safety measures during set up, before and during operations with the Service lift or Work cage. At the end the participants will be exercising operational procedures with the use of the Service lift or Work cage. There will be exercises in evacuation with and from the Service lift or Work cage.
